#5 Deep in a Meditation Practice. 4/5 A Series to create a Valuable and Consistent Meditation Practice
4/5 in MS. In this episode we strengthen our connection with the breath as we work towards dropping the mantra completely, while we strengthen the visualization technic and work towards 1 breath without a thought entering into the mind.
Use this guided Meditation for 1-2 weeks, until you become comfortable with the technics used. Every 3 days sit in silence for 8-10 minutes and practice the technics on your own. Have a blessed meditation practice.
