2/5 in the Meditation Series
In this episode we go over techniques we can use to build a Meditation Practice. We will practice a Breathing Technique/Mantra that will help tie us to the breath as we dive into a Guided Meditation.
Use this guided Meditation for 1-2 weeks, until you become comfortable with the technics used. Every 3 days sit in silence for 3-5 minutes and practice the technics on your own. Then move to the next step in the series.
