In this episode, as we look back though my healing journey, I'm going to share with you the main principle and two practices that set me on the path to recovery, initiated deep healing, sending me into an upward spiral of self-improvement where every day gets better and better and better. As I aligned with natural principles in life, I naturally eliminated toxic ways of being and added new fun, exciting, and positive ways of being. And because the natural principles in life are universal, timeless, and self-evident I know these daily practices will work to help you create the life of your dreams from any situation you find yourself in.
It seems to me that most of the materialistic patterns in this society have a similar trajectory towards disease. In fact, you can see evidence of this throughout the research already done through the last 100 years in this society. It’s recently been proven that we all have 60,000-90,000 thoughts per day and that 90% of those thoughts are not our own and come from a negative origin. It’s also recently been proven that 90% of the food in supermarkets today was not around 100 years ago, and neither were 90% of the diseases our society faces today. Where did these thoughts and these foods come from? And where did my idea of consuming these thoughts and foods come from? Aligning ourselves with the natural principles of life gives us the tools to navigate through these fake ways of being, to live our happiest and healthiest life possible, and to create the life of our dreams in every situation.
Grandma and the other awake and Intune beings encapsulated this practice with one saying.
If you're not paying attention to history, you're being sold your future and it's getting shorter and shorter and shorter... Now this is probably the most profound learnings I have ever received. This saying encapsulates the essence of this practice of living a healthy life, which is primarily asking the questions of why. Everything has a lineage or a history and was created at some time, by someone, for some reason. Asking the questions of why allows us to view the big picture and see if what we do daily is aligned positively leading to the life of my dreams or negatively leading to an early and painful death. Asking the questions of why and listening to and following our intuition towards our feelings of joy puts us squarely on the path of living the life of our dream, and that is what this practice and the alignment within it helped me achieve.
To Create the life of your dreams from any situation you find yourself in.
- Create and Intention you with to accomplish for your Life.
- Create a plan to get your intention
- Live the plan
The basic steps I took to create the life of my dreams.
Step 1. Create and Intention you with to accomplish for your Life.
Step 2. Create a Daily Meditation Practice
Step 3. Create an experience map of your daily experiences.
Step 4. Ask the Hard questions of Why.
Step 5. Research and Understand the Answer
Step 6. Listen to and follow your intuition towards your Joy.
To create a Meditation practice, as a habit.
- Create a personal goal and challenge yourself to sit and meditate every day for 1 month.
- Sit to meditate for 3 minutes every day, increasing the time by 1 minute every week.
- Use a mantra to count the breath to build space. In, 2, 3, 4, And, Out, 2, 3, 4, And.
- The one thing we can think about is breathing. Length, Texture, Color
A simple meditation Practice.
The one thing we can think about during a meditation practice is the breath. We can think about its texture, think about its length, think about it in color, think about it with love.
- Find a comfortable place to sit. One in which you will not be disturbed during your Meditation Practice
- Start to draw awareness to the breath the texture the length, and the temperature
- Start to feel the feeling of love for the breath as you breath
- Sometime visualize a pet, a loved one, or joyful experience can help the feeling of love to appear around us.
- Then breathe long deep breath, elongating and smoothing out each breath.
- Growing the feeling of love for the breath and all that it touches.
- Use the Mantra, In, 2, 3, 4, and, Out, 2, 3, 4, and… to stay focused on the breath.
- Sit for 3-5 minutes every day.
- Extend your practice by 1 minute every 3-5 days.

To create an experience map.
- Begin with the end in mind. What is your intention for your life?
- Write about your experiences and how you think and feel towards them throughout the day.
- Ask the Questions of why.
- Research and Understand the Answer
- Follow Joy
- Eliminate Toxicity,
- Live Harmoniously
Step 1 to create an experience map. Is to begin with the end in mind.
On the first sheet of paper, write out these questions and your answers to them. You may not come up with an answer to these questions right away, but they will be revealed to you throughout this practice.
What type of person do I want to be?
How do I want to feel in my life?
Who do I want around me throughout my life?
What experiences do I want in my life?
What are the goals I have for my life?
What am I working to become in my life?
Now the answers to these questions are the intention you have for your life. Being mindful about questions like these keeps us on the path of living the life of our dream. Dream big, remember what you wanted to do when you were a kid, there’s still time. Just be realistic. You're not going to start at the age of 40 and become a professional NBA star.
The basics of Asking the question of why on each level
Level 1. Am I enjoying myself?
Level 2. Why or why not?
Then as we research and understand the answer, we start to direct our life onto the path we choose.
From this basic daily practice, you will find yourself in your own unique upward spiral of self-improvement. As teachers that present themselves will share their teachers and so on, you can continue to learn from deeper and deeper understandings. So, there's a trail of breadcrumbs we can follow that leads us to our truths in life
As we Engage with this evolutionary process, our meditation practice and the experience map are the roots that produce the fruits, researching and detoxing are the practice that continue to grow spreading this energy throughout our life.
As we create space within our thoughts,
We start to ask the Questions of Why of our experience,
Then we Research to find the answer,
To understand the Cause and Effect it creates in our life.
Then we eliminate the toxicity from our life.
Then we listen to and follow our intuition towards our joy.
Now we are living the life of our dreams.
The Questions of Why.
These questions can be refitted and reformatted to fit any cycle in our life that could use some redirecting onto the path you desire for your unique life. So, feel free to use these until you come up with your unique questions or continue using these forever.

Asking the same questions of myself at the three points in this experience map so that I can understand what I'm feeling before during and after
I hope this helps you transcend moments in your life that are giving you trouble and helps you to soar above the remains of what we used to be.
Higher we go in love, positivity, and abundance!
Make it a blessed day!
